Having overseen extensive client work for an online community in the realty sector, is fascinating to see how technology and soc community DO work for the Real Estate sector. I've been part of online communities since 1995 and the are rarely profitable when geared toward non B2B activities. They say B2B social networks are succeeding while sites like MySpace haven't proven any real profit. My experience confirms that with realtors gathering in a "web 2.0" environment.

Thanks, Ron. Re:PDX looks great. I'm looking forward to checking out more of it as soon as we're back from vacation.

As I'm sure you've found out, running a blog or podcast can be like taking on a second full time job. We're having fun with podcasting, though, and we're looking forward to bringing more out soon.

Nice job. After reading RCG for many months, which inspired my humble blog in Portland, it's nice to hear some of the actual human voices behind the content and the vision.

My compliments on the integration of podcasting to Seattle Real Estate Talk. Again, the element of 'real' people conversing on real estate issues is a huge contrast to the majority of broker website content.
