I am very confused. My real estate agent told me that my offer was rejected by the bank (seller) because I have used a FHA …can u explain why since my agent seems to not care or not to understand? THANKS!!!

Yes, it is possible, Yes it can be done!

My wife an I havd purchased 4 homes without one cent out of our pocket. We have even rolled the closing costs into the loan by offering either slightly higher then the asking price or offering full price and including a credit back to the buyer to use as they wish … landscapping, kitchen work or closing costs.

Having overseen extensive client work for an online community in the realty sector, is fascinating to see how technology and soc community DO work for the Real Estate sector. I’ve been part of online communities since 1995 and the are rarely profitable when geared toward non B2B activities. They say B2B social networks are succeeding while sites like MySpace haven’t proven any real profit. My experience confirms that with realtors gathering in a “web 2.0″ environment.

Thank you for such a wonderfully informative article, Rochelle. It’s just a pity no-one else has commented. It’s the sort of concept that Robert Allen and Mark Victor Hansen talk about in the book… “One-Minute Millionaire”.
